Payment and Policies

We strive to offer services that are affordable and accessible. Lower fee schedules are offered by some clinicians, and some of our clinicians are able to accept insurance through Aetna and Penn Behavioral Health. In addition, many insurance companies will reimburse for our services as an out of network benefit. You will need to check with your insurance company directly regarding reimbursement as policies may vary, however we’re happy to advise you in asking the right questions of your insurance company.

Full payment for each session is due at the time of the session in the form of cash or check. Checks can be made out to “Parent to Child.” You will receive a monthly statement via email around the middle of month detailing services, fees, and payments for the previous month.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received and confirmed by your therapist by email or phone at least 24 hours in advance of your session in order to not be charged for the scheduled session.
