Dealing with tantrums, hitting, meltdowns, and constantly feeling burnt out as a parent?
In this therapy group, parents will:
learn how to be aware of and begin to address their child’s emotional needs
connect with each other to provide support and validation
work to understand their reactions to their child’s behavior
learn how to shift these patterns of managing difficult behaviors to move towards confident and consistent parenting
Join the group at an after bedtime zoom session 1x per week for 10 weeks. Parents of children ages 3–6 encouraged to attend.
