Claire Duncan
ABOUT CLAIRE
Claire Duncan is a recent graduate from the Art Therapy program at Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling in Portland, Oregon. She is working towards her LPC and ATR-BC credentials. Claire has experience providing individual, dyadic, family, and group therapy to children and families from ages 2 to adults. As a clinician, Claire has specialized in working with children who have ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and other stress related diagnoses in outpatient and nature-based settings.

Claire is deeply committed to her work with children and families, and provides individualized treatment based on the developmental level and needs of the client. She utilizes an attachment, psychoanalytic, and structural lens to inform art, play and talk therapy modalities. Claire collaborates with families to identify and work towards treatment goals, particularly through supporting the relationship between children and caregivers, broadening communication skills, and improving emotional regulation.
